Summary
Clean Coasts Act
This bill provides statutory authority for regulations implemented by the Department of the Interior regarding safety standards for (1)oil and gas and sulphur operations in the Outer Continental Shelf, and (2)oil spill response requirements for facilities located seaward of the coast line.
