Summary
Saving America's Vulnerable and Endangered Species Act or the SAVES Act
This bill amends the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to prohibit the Department of the Interior or the Department of Commerce, as appropriate, from listing a living nonnative species as a threatened or endangered species.
