Recovering America's Wildlife Act

This bill requires the Department of the Treasury to transfer $1.3 billion of revenues from energy and mineral development on federal lands to the Wildlife Conservation and Restoration Subaccount of the Federal Aid to Wildlife Restoration Fund and revises requirements governing the uses of and distributions from the fund.
