Summary

This bill directs the Department of the Interior, through the National Park Service, to convey 1.09 acres of federal land within the Cape Cod National Seashore in Massachusetts to the owner of 1.02 acres of non-federal land within the seashore, if the owner conveys the non-federal acres to Interior, subject to acceptable title.

The land acquired by Interior shall be administered as part of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
