Fair COLA for Seniors Act

This bill bases cost-of-living adjustments on a price index that tracks the spending patterns of older consumers for specified benefits under the Civil Service Retirement System, the Federal Employees Retirement System, military retirement and survivor benefit programs, the Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance benefits program, and other specified veterans benefits programs.
