Summary

Personal Care Products Safety Act

This bill authorizes the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to take various actions with respect to the regulation of cosmetics, such as collecting fees from manufacturers and distributors to fund cosmetics safety activities. The bill also authorizes the FDA to suspend the distribution of products that have a reasonable probability of causing serious adverse health consequences.
