Summary

Fair Licensing Access for Governments Act of 2019 or the FLAG Act of 2019

This bill allows for the registration of trademarks that contain the flag or insignia of a country, state, or municipality if the entity represented by the flag or insignia gives written consent. Currently, such trademarks may not be registered, regardless of consent.
