Summary

Prioritizing Our Workers Act

This bill includes as allowable administrative expenses in bankruptcy the unfunded vested benefits in a defined pension plan and certain pension withdrawal liabilities. Claims for administrative expenses are entitled to priority in bankruptcy proceedings.
