Puppies Assisting Wounded Servicemembers Act of 2019 or the PAWS Act of 2019
This bill authorizes the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide service dogs to veterans with mental illnesses, including post-traumatic stress disorder, regardless of whether they have a mobility impairment.
