Impact Aid Infrastructure Act

This bill provides $1 billion in funding in FY2021 for impact aid construction grants. The grants provide infrastructure assistance to school districts that have lost property tax revenue due to tax-exempt federal property in the districts or that have increased expenditures due to the enrollment of children residing on Indian lands, military bases, or low-rent housing property, or children who have parents in the uniformed services or employed on federal properties.
