Summary

Urges the President to take care that the laws are faithfully executed by: (1) ensuring cost sharing reduction payments under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) are paid; (2) enforcing PPACA's individual mandate provisions; (3) working with states and insurers to make sure that consumers have options; and (4) providing adequate funding for specified PPACA activities.

Discourages the President from using executive actions to undermine PPACA.
