Zeroing Excess, Reducing Organic Waste, and Sustaining Technical Expertise Act or the ZERO WASTE Act

This bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency to establish a grant program for projects that are consistent with zero-waste practices, including source reduction and waste prevention to reduce the amount of materials incinerated or disposed of in landfills.
