Summary

Super Pollutants Act of 2019

This bill generally provides for the reduction of emissions of black carbon, methane, and certain hydrofluorocarbons (also referred to as short-lived climate pollutants) through policy initiatives of specified federal agencies. The bill also requires the President to establish the Interagency Task Force on Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Mitigation.
