Summary

Promoting Opportunity for Disability Benefit Applicants Act

This bill amends titles II (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) and XVI (Supplemental Security Income) (SSI) of the Social Security Act to allow the Social Security Administration to provide, to an individual who is denied OASDI or SSI benefits based on an adverse determination of disability, information on appropriate public or private entities that provide employment services, vocational rehabilitation services, or other support services.
