    Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring),

    That in recognition of the long and distinguished service rendered to the Nation by Harry Mason Reid, Jr., a Senator from the State of Nevada, his remains be permitted to lie in state in the rotunda of the Capitol on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, and the Architect of the Capitol, under the direction of the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, shall take all necessary steps for the accomplishment of that purpose.
