Summary

Border Officers Utilization for National Defense Act of 2019 or the BOUND Act

This bill sets a minimum number of U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers that must be deployed along the border between the United States and Canada. The minimum number of officers is the maximum number of officers that were deployed along that border at any time between January 1, 2016, and the enactment of this bill.
