Summary

Studying How to Harness Airwave Resources Efficiently Act of 2019 or the SHARE Act

This bill requires the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to establish a research and development program focused on facilitating the sharing among federal entities of the electromagnetic spectrum that is allocated for use by such entities.

In addition, the Federal Communications Commission must issue a report with recommendations for expanding upon and improving spectrum sharing techniques for use in mid-band frequencies.
