Keep the William J. Hughes Technical Center Funded for FY 2020 Act

This bill provides continuing appropriations to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for FY2020 if a joint resolution making continuing appropriations for FY2020 is not in effect. In the event of a government shutdown due to a lapse in appropriations, the bill provides continuing appropriations to the FAA at the same level that was provided for FY2018.
