Grid Modernization Research and Development Act of 2019
This bill expands research programs at the Department of Energy (DOE) related to the electric grid and hybrid energy systems, including by directing DOE to award competitive grants for certain entities to conduct research and development to improve the resilience and reliability of the electric grid.
