Maritime Industries Relief Act of 2017

This bill amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to exempt from duty certain pre-owned vessels offered for sale or sold in the United States. It repeals the deferral until sale of the duty on large yachts imported for sale at U.S. boat shows.
