Summary
Prescription Drug Affordability and Access Act
This bill addresses prescription drug costs and access. For example, the bill (1) establishes within the Department of Health and Human Services the Bureau of Prescription Drug Affordability and Access to review the wholesale acquisition costs of prescription drugs, and (2) authorizes the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to negotiate Medicare drug prices.
