Summary
Counting All Military Votes Act
This bill requires the Department of Defense to ensure that absent uniformed services voters who are on active duty or service at diplomatic and consular posts of the United States are able to receive and transmit balloting materials in the same manner (i.e., through express mail) as absent uniformed services voters who are on active duty or service at military installations.
