Summary

No Chinese Handouts In National Assistance Act or No CHINA Act

This bill generally prohibits funds made available during FY2020 from being expended for the benefit of any U.S. or foreign individual or entity subject to control by China's government. This restriction shall not apply to Taiwan or any Taiwanese entities. (China considers Taiwan a province of China.)

The President may also waive this restriction for U.S. national security interests.
