Excluding Pandemic Unemployment Compensation from Income Act

This bill excludes from gross income, for income tax purposes, addditional payments of unemployment compensation made in response to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic. It also requires the disregard of such payments in determining eligibility for federal benefit programs and federally-assisted benefit programs.
