Summary
Renewable Fuel Feedstock Reimbursement Act of 2020
This bill directs the Department of Agriculture to carry out a program to provide payments to certain renewable fuel producers to reimburse them for purchases of renewable fuel feedstock that were made between January 1, 2020, and March 31, 2020.
The payment amount shall be equal to 75% of the purchase price of such feedstock.
