No Pay for Proxy Voting Act

This bill requires that one day's pay be withheld from the compensation of a Representative and deposited into an escrow account for distribution on the last day of the Congress for each day that a Representative uses a designated proxy to cast a vote or record their presence in the House of Representatives.
