End Trafficking of the Terminated Unborn Act of 2017

This bill amends the Public Health Service Act to prohibit the use of tissue from an induced abortion for research conducted or supported by the National Institutes of Health on the transplantation of fetal tissue for therapeutic purposes.

Soliciting or acquiring a donation of fetal tissue from an induced abortion for a purpose other than disposal is prohibited.
