Summary
Restore Integrity of Special Prosecutors Act
This bill bars an individual who has worked for a special counsel investigation or prosecution targeting a President or presidential candidate from serving in a position that requires the advice and consent of the Senate. This prohibition shall last for seven years from the end of the individual's work with the special counsel.
