Summary
Homeless Veterans Assistance Fund Act of 2020
This bill allows taxpayers to contribute tax refund amounts to a Homeless Veterans Assistance Fund established by this bill. The fund shall make expenditures to provide services to homeless veterans through the development and implementation of new and innovative strategies to prevent and end veteran homelessness.
