Summary
Remote Patient Monitoring Access Act or RPM Access Act
This bill allows certain COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) relief funds for health care providers to be used for the provision of remote patient monitoring services that align with clinical guidelines and meet data security and privacy standards.
