Summary

Adopt the Greenhouse Gases, Regulated Emissions, and Energy Use in Transportation Model Act or the Adopt GREET Act

This bill requires the Environmental Protection Agency to update the methodology it uses in life cycle greenhouse gas assessments for corn-based ethanol and biodiesel fuels used in vehicles. The assessments are used to evaluate the amount of greenhouse gas emissions associated with the production and combustion of such fuels.
