Binational Health Strategies Act of 2020

This bill requires the United States-Mexico Border Health Commission to (1) report on the border area's response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) in both the United States and Mexico, (2) submit a binational strategic plan with respect to COVID-19, and (3) submit a plan to prepare and respond to future infectious diseases within the border area.
