Community First Pretrial Reform and Jail Decarceration Act
This bill requires the Bureau of Justice Assistance within the Department of Justice to award grants to partnerships of tribal, territorial, and local governments and nonprofit organizations to reduce the number of individuals in local jails and the duration of their incarceration.
