Summary

This bill requires, for FY2021-FY2046, not less than 25% of the funds provided under the Land and Water Conservation Fund for federal acquisition of land or water shall be made available to states and U.S. territories for conservation, restoration, or acquisition of land or water not more than 10 miles from the ocean or one of the Great Lakes, with priority given to lands and waters for coastal conservation, shoreline protection, and recreational access.
