Summary
American Nuclear Infrastructure Act of 2020
This bill provides support and incentives for nuclear infrastructure and advanced nuclear technologies, allows the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to deny imports of certain uranium supplies from Russia and China for national security purposes, creates a national strategic uranium reserve, and sets forth related requirements.
