Limiting and Enabling Gathering Awards Commemorating Yesteryear Act or the LEGACY Act

This bill authorizes the purchase and importation for historical and educational purposes of military decorations, medals, and related items that are located abroad, and it requires the President to impose property- and visa-blocking sanctions on a person who makes unauthorized use of military medals or decorations.
