Unify Nations In Trash Elimination for our Oceans Act of 2020 or the UNITE for our Oceans Act of 2020

This bill requires the Department of State to work with federal agencies, foreign countries, and international organizations to establish a Trust Fund for Marine Debris and Plastic Pollution. Grants must be provided from the fund to prevent or reduce marine debris, such as plastic pollution.
