Summary
National Guard Housing Equity Act
This bill provides for an equal housing allowance for members of a reserve component who perform active service for more than 30 consecutive days under multiple calls or orders that are for 30 days or less. Specifically, such members must be paid the same basic housing allowance as members of a reserve component who are called or ordered to active service for a period of more than 30 days.
