Creating Access to Rehabilitation for Every Senior Act of 2017 or the CARES Act of 2017

This bill eliminates the three-day prior-hospitalization requirement for Medicare coverage of certain skilled-nursing-facilities services. The Medicare Payment Advisory Commission must study the cost of impact of such elimination.
