Halting Of Mortgage Exploitation of Servicemembers Act of 2017 or the HOMES Act of 2017

This bill amends the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to establish a 10-year statute of limitations for civil actions for violations of such Act brought by the Department of Justice or by a private party.
