Summary
Don Young Restoration Grants for Coastlines and Fisheries Act of 2023
This bill requires the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to establish a grant program for projects that (1) restore marine, estuarine, coastal, or Great Lake habitats; or (2) provide adaptation to climate change. State, local, and tribal governments, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and institutions of higher education may apply for grants.
