Mayor Libby Schaaf Act of 2018

This bill amends the federal criminal code to make it a crime for an officer, employee, or agent of a state or local government to obstruct, hinder, delay, or otherwise impede the enforcement of federal laws, or attempt to do so. A violator is subject to criminal penalties—a fine, a prison term of up to five years, or both.
