Keep Our Cities Safe Act of 2018

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) to protect from criminal penalties a federal, state, or local government officer or employee, or a contract entity officer or employee, who while acting in accordance with state or local law is engaged in conduct which would otherwise violate the INA prohibition on bringing in and harboring certain aliens.
