Summary

Protect America's Schools Act of 2018

This bill provides $1.5 billion in FY2018 supplemental appropriations to the Department of Justice Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) program for school resource officers.

The bill also rescinds $1.5 billion of the unobligated appropriations available to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for Operations, Research, and Facilities.
