Uighur Intervention and Global Humanitarian Unified Response Act of 2018 or the UIGHUR Act of 2018

This bill restricts executive agencies from procuring goods and services from foreign persons involved in China's mass detention of the Uyghurs, a predominantly Muslim Turkic ethnic group in Xinjiang province. It also places export controls on various technologies used to facilitate the mass detentions.
