Summary

This bill directs the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture to establish and charge a fee for a nontransferable Recreational Access for Life Pass, which shall be used to cover the entrance fee and standard amenity recreation fee for all federal recreation lands and waters for which a fee is charged.
