This bill amends the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to allow educational agencies in Missouri to contract with an entity to operate a program for disabled individuals who are 24 years of age or younger under which work is compensated at a subminimum wage if such an individual has received and produces documentation that indicates completion of certain transition services before beginning work.
