Maintaining Appropriate Protections for Legal Entry Act of 2018 or the MAPLE Act of 2018
This bill removes various marijuana-related acts from the list of crimes that would make an alien inadmissible for entry into the United States or deportable, if the act was lawful in the jurisdiction where it occurred.
