No Nuclear Weapons for Saudi Arabia Act of 2018

This bill requires a joint resolution from Congress before the United States may enter into any civilian nuclear cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia. Before such an agreement, the President shall report on various topics including Saudi Arabia's investigation into the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, the extent to which the country has renounced uranium enrichment and reprocessing, and the country's progress in improving human rights protections.
