Summary

DEA Notification Act of 2018

This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to notify the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) of providers or suppliers that are prohibited from participating in Medicare due to improper prescriptions of controlled substances, and to recommend that the DEA consider revoking certain controlled substance registrations or waivers held by such providers or suppliers.
